Beanie had a pretty good three quarters against Illinois gaining 144 yards icluding another highlight hurdle. He now is sitting at 957 for the season and is 5th all time for the Buckeyes. He also has gained 278 yards against Michigan which, I think, is third all time against Michigan by a Buckeye behind Archie Griffin (423 4 - games) and Jim Otis (401 - 3 games). It would be sweet to see him become the only Buckeye to have two Two Hundred yard games against Michigan. Here are the top three rushing games by a Buckeye against the Wolverines:
Player | Yards | Year |
---|---|---|
Chris “Beanie" Wells | 222 | 2007 |
David Francis | 196 | 1962 |
Carlos Snow | 170 | 1988 |
Go Bucks!!
