Buckeye Recap - Part Deux

Ok, Let me try this again after having a few hours of sleep. I hate it when the Bucks lose. I have a long standing tradition fo not reading the Dispatch the day after a Buckeye loss which dates back to when Ohio State lost to Stanford on New Year's Day 1971. Anyway, why didn't Tressel utilize the tight end? Not only did Nichol and Ballard have no catches there were no passes attempted to them. The offense never got in a flow partly because of Penn State's defense but mostly because of the inconsistent play calling. I understand they are limiting the offense because of Pryor but there has to be some throws he can make up the field a bit. Also, it seemed to me they went away from what was successful against Michigan State. Terrelle didn't run much and I think the edge would have been open with some creativity. The kid seemed to take the loss very hard, and very personal, which is nice to see but Tressel needs to take all the blame and not be afraid to use the athletes he has available.

The picture sums it up and we shouldn't forget that these are 19 year old kids playing in front of 107,000+ in Ohio Stadium and millions more on television. Go Bucks!
